# DataReuseLicense

A license document setting out terms for reuse of data.

A **DataReuseLicense** is an agreement between data custodians or data stewards and users of data, mediated by a repository.

This is a subclass of [DataLicense](https://ldaca.gitbook.io/metadata-for-language-data/classes/datalicense).

This class will have [authorizationWorkflow](https://ldaca.gitbook.io/metadata-for-language-data/properties/authorizationworkflow) and [access](https://ldaca.gitbook.io/metadata-for-language-data/properties/access) as properties and may have [accessControlList](https://ldaca.gitbook.io/metadata-for-language-data/properties/accesscontrollist) as a property.
