Licenses can be of two kinds: open and restricted. For any DataReuseLicense, this property records which kind it is. The expected value associated with restricted access is AuthorizedAccess; restricted is not used for the DefinedTerm because the further differentiation within the possibilities for restricted access is in terms of AuthorizationWorkflows.
