The process by which a user is granted authorization to a license.

This property is used on the type: DataReuseLicense

The value of this property comes from the Defined Term Set AuthorizationWorkflows.

Where a DataReuseLicense is not OpenAccess, there must be some process by which potential users are granted a license to use a resource. Such processes are analysed in terms of the workflow followed in granting the license.
